Orlando Roman's presentation was titled “Exploring future scenarios for the e-bike city through a LUTI model of Zürich, Switzerland”. In this work, a Land Use Transport Interaction (LUTI) model was developed for the Canton of Zürich to explore the implications of reallocating ~30% of road space to cycling under multiple potential future scenarios of population, economic growth and travel behaviour.

The presentation was based on the work done by master student Philip Urech (ETH Zurich) and in collaboration with Dr. Qiming Ye (Singapore ETH Center SEC).
