We warmly welcome our new PostDoc Rossella Marmo!
Rossella Marmo has joined Prof. Bryan Adey's Chair of Infrastructure Management this October as a new postdoc.
Rossella Marmo and Prof. Adey are involved in a research project aimed at building resilience in hospital infrastructure (ETH PI: Prof. Guillaume Habert), with particular focus on conflict-affected settings. The project is developed in collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
Before joining the ETH, Rossella obtained her PhD in Civil Systems Engineering at the University of Naples Federico II, Italy, where she developed studies on hospital facility management, and then worked at the University of Salerno as a Post-Doctoral Scientific Assistant to identify long term strategies for enhancing hospital resilience in case of epidemic.
