Congratulations to Hossein Nasrazadani on Successfully Defending His Doctoral Thesis!

Prof. Bryan Adey's Chair of Infrastructure Management is delighted to announce the successful defense of Hossein Nasrazadani’s doctoral thesis titled “Stress Testing and Climate Adaptation: Using Simulation to assess the Resilience of Transport Systems and Evaluate Potential Improvements.”

Hossein Nasrazadani’s thesis was focused on developing stress testing methods and climate adaptation strategies to assess and improve the resilience of infrastructure systems. His work contributes to development of methods and tools to identify vulnerabilities and guide risk mitigation measures that help systems adapt and recover faster in a changing climate. These tools aim to support informed decisions for a more sustainable and resilient future.”
