PhD student Orlando Román García and Dr. Qiming Ye from Prof. Bryan Adey's Chair of Infrastructure Management and the Future Cities Laboratory Global published an article in the Netzwerk Stadt und Landschaft (NSL), ETH Zürich December’s newsletter on Resilient Urban Systems.
The article explains why an adaptive planning paradigm can help plan cities under future uncertainty and how models can be used to develop adaptive urban plans.
