Prof. Bryan Adey and Hossein Nasrazadani present at the United Nations Office in Geneva!
Prof. Bryan Adey and Hossein Nasrazadani presented on the 24th session of the Group of Experts on Assessment of Climate Change Impacts and Adaptation for Inland Transport at the United Nations Office in Geneva, which took place from 9 March - 10 march 2023 and was organized by the United Nations Inland Transport Committee.
Together with an international team the Chair of Infrastructure Management from ETH Zurich provided the first draft of the stress test framework, which was requested at the twenty-third session of the Group of Experts on October 2022. Prof. Adey presented the developed framework and Hossein Nasrazadani presented the use of the developed framework through a case study, where multiple stress tests were defined and conducted to evaluate the risks of the investigated network against climatic hazards.
