Building Resilience in Health Infrastructure

(CICR)
Prof. Bryan Adey's Chair of Infrastructure Management, along with postdoctoral student Rossella Marmo, is part of the Research-to-Impact project "Building Resilience in Health Infrastructure," which involves the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and several chairs at ETH Zurich, including Prof. Dr. Guillaume Habert's Chair of Sustainable Construction, and EPFL in Lausanne.
The project aims to help the ICRC develop a resilience strategy for health infrastructure in conflict-affected areas and to develop interventions to improve health outcomes in the short and long term. The project will use the Rafik Hariri University Hospital in Beirut, Lebanon, as a case study.
