What is the state of cost-benefit analyses for urban cycling infrastructure? David Zani presented on this topic at the 23rd Swiss Transport Research Conference in Ascona with his presentation entitled: "Overcoming challenges in cost-benefit analysis of urban cycling infrastructure".

At the STRC in May, about 70 researches from across Switzerland presented their work – including everything from urban air mobility to digital twins of the Swiss mobility system. David represented the infrastructure- and road safety-oriented research conducted at the Infrastructure Management Group. The short version: investing in cycling infrastructure is economically very attractive, but its implementation in urban areas remains a challenge.
